2. Standard Cancellation & Refund Windows
Our refund amounts are determined by the timing of your cancellation notice:
- 100% Refund: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 14 full days before the property’s local check-in time (3:00 PM).
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled check-in date will result in a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or “no-shows,” are strictly non-refundable.
3. Processing Refunds
- Transaction Fee: Please note that Stripe’s original processing fees may be non-refundable depending on their current terms.
- Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card used via our secure Stripe payment gateway.
- Timeline: Once a refund is initiated by us, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. Cleaning Fees
- If you cancel a booking before check-in, the cleaning fee (defined in our property details) will always be refunded in full.
5. Extenuating Circumstances
In rare cases of documented emergencies or travel bans (e.g., government-mandated lockdowns), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a full refund or a credit for a future stay outside of the standard windows.
