1. Introduction
Welcome to Budapest Eye View Apartment. By using our website and booking our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all direct bookings made via this website using our integrated Beds24 and Stripe systems.
2. Booking and Payments
- Payment Processor: All credit card payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email from our system.
- Pricing: Rates are dynamic and provided in real-time via the Beds24 API. Prices include all taxes unless stated otherwise (e.g., local tourist tax).
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00).
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
- Identification: In accordance with Hungarian law, all guests must provide valid identification (ID or Passport) upon or prior to arrival for the mandatory NTAK (National Tourism Data Supply Center) registration.
4. House Rules
- Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is 8 people. Exceeding this limit without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the penthouse.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the property.
- Parties: Strictly no parties or loud events are allowed. Guests must respect the quiet hours of the building.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
(Note: Stripe specifically looks for this section. Adjust the days/percentages to your preference.)
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of a no-show, are non-refundable.
6. Liability and Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
- We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file (via Stripe) for any damages or missing items discovered after check-out.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
